So back around January i was running quite a bit, averaging 40-50 miles per week, which for some people may be hardly any. But I registered for a 50k and for the past 3 months I have not ran at all, until about 30 minutes ago. I could barely even run 3 miles! My 50k is in a month and I have told myself that I’m going to run it, any tips on how I can get myself into shape?
