Have any of you guys experienced a slightly higher heart rate 2-3 beats higher than non-summer months when at rest and/or sleeping?

2-3 beats? Overanalysing it.
I know it seems that way. Its small enough not to be worrying. I experienced this last summer and am experiencing it now. It's always within 2-3 beats higher maybe 4 and its consistent. Then ckme september, it drops back down. I was wondering if anyone has expefienced this too. Otherwise i feel fine physically,
Yes, my heart rate is always higher in the hot and humid months. My take is that running in hot/himid conditions is much harder on your body. Also, I remember reading an article about heat being hard on your cardiovascular system.
Ok well if you think it's important and want an explanation based on heat / humidity then it's down to fluid loss which reduces the blood's plasma volume. Hence heart beats that little faster to supply the same level of oxygen.
Ya i guess i forgot that i might be more dehydrated. I don't actively try to drink more water in the summer. I just drink whevn i'm thirsty. In the winter i remind myself to drink regardless of thirst to make sure i stay hydrated. Relatively speaking i drink the same volume of water year round. Sounds dumb but that's probably why i didn't consider it before starting this thread smh.
