Can you show me where the person you responded to framed the argument that way? I think you are the one adding that framing.
Okay, the poster was making the single mother argument being the primary reason for the conditions of the black community.

Single mother households- 5X higher rate in black families, are the biggest factor in criminals & lower income. In any race, no father around makes it 3X more likely the child goes to prison by 30. And 1 parent income is hard to approach 2 parents. There's your "racism".
If their argument is single parents economically disadvantage their children, they should also be open to eliminating other economic disadvantages black people face. If economics of the parents is the cause of persistent low black outcomes then discussing the overall opportunities of black parents would need to be had as well. The poster appeared to dismiss other reasons entirely.
If their argumrnt is that single parents don't emotionally support their children then this is not true. Most single parents receive financial and practical support from their ex partner and children are mostly in contact with both their parents or are raised by a step-parent. In most jurisdictions this is a legal requirement.
If children are emotionally and economically supported by their parents or a step-parent then why would the fact they have a separated family make any difference to their outcome? Meaning the argument boils down to moralizing about sex and relationships (which inevitably fall harder on women).
Admittedly it's hard to pin all of this on a paragraph from one poster bit I've seen far too many people IRL and on here using the argument.
