I think that you underestimate Timothy. If he was in his best shape (as in last years competition season) I see him go as low as 4:45 and even threatening the WR.
At altitude? No. Even the super-doped 2015 Kiprop probably couldn’t sniff 4:44 at altitude.

Don´t rule out the Ingebrigtsens either. They seemed to have stuck to their usual training schedule and even intensified the training under the virus.
As you probably know Jakob ran 5.03 for the last 2km in a 5k "road" race under shitty conditions 14 days ago. 2.23 in the last km and 1:10 in the last 500m. I would not be surprised if Jakob with good pacemaking and conditions on the track could run 2k in 3:46. But he needs to go all in from the start.
Jakob isn’t better than Maree (4:54), Komen (4:52), or Aouita (4:50) were; he’s slower at every major distance. And I personally think that Ngeny (4:50), Baala (4:53), and Cram (4:51) were better at 800/1000 than Jakob is at 5000. At the very least, it’s obvious he wouldn’t be in the same race as Morceli (4:47).
