Wow.
Funny how no one has anything to say about this. Where are all the "if they just complied" people now? Where are the racism deniers? Where the hell is Rojo?

Agreed.
It'll happen all over..........schools, colleges, pro sports e.t.c.
https://www.nation.co.ke/dailynation/sports/football/footballer-makes-protest-by-taking-a-knee-in-bundesliga-311654This is the way to go for cops around the country. Solidarity with the protesters gives you credibility (and hopefully, support) against the looters and vandals. We need to bond together as a civil society at all levels.
Like I said, people will be reading about Kaepernick in history text books. Biopics will be made and he’ll have streets and schools named for him. I just saw a tweet from MLK’s daughter that her father polled as one of the most hated men in America, in 1967.

It is a good gesture by the police but did that calm the protesters? Was there no destruction or looting in the cities were the police made this statement? Do you really think that is all that is needed to solve this issue?
Maybe their reasoning behind wasn't just to put on a show to try to prevent rioting, but that it had actual meaning

Okay, it has actual meaning, but how does that create actual change? Do you think if another George Floyd incident happens today, that what those officers did by taking a knee will mean anything?
"If America wants peace it must be responsive in peacetime. You can’t demonize an athlete who peacefully takes a knee to protest against police brutality, labeling him a “son of a b*tch,” as President Trump did, and then pine for peaceful protests now."

I want to be like Kaep when I grow up.
Kaperneek is a dingleberry. In how he acts and looks.
Anyone supporting this turd is the lowest of the low.

Chauvin and his colleagues agree with you. You must be proud.
Yeah, keep stoking the fire. That's gonna help.
Congrats. You have only managed to enrage the people that pay for your food stamps even more. You must be proud.
I believe all human lives matter. If people proclaiming that black lives matter mean it, then why do they support direct abortion, which disproportionately kills blacks?
Kaepernick is some hero:

No, the Black Lives Matter protestors only seem to whine at harms to blacks by non-blacks, when, overwhelmingly, the harm done to blacks is by other blacks. Yet you, game over, have doled out another absurd charge of racism where none exists. Direct abortion is about as harmful as harm gets.
I live in Manhattan. A newly conceived black human life here in NYC is more likely to be aborted than to be born. That's horrible. Kaepernick supports that, while complaining about horrors inflicted on blacks, allegedly due to racism, even when racism is not always apparent.
All red herrings. A racist cop killed a man and all the other talk of broken windows, Colin K., violence on the S.Side of Chicago, abortion, etc. is all meant to deflect attention from people seriously reflecting on how they are part of the solution. If your response is along the lines of, "The murder of George Floyd was terrible, but look at that burning car..." you are absolutely part of the problem.
How do you know the cop was a "racist"? If it was a black cop then it would have made it all better for you?
Whites are killed by cops more than blacks. Why are you screaming out against this and not when a white is killed? Do you have a preference? Do you not realize how racist that is?
You don't realize stealing, looting, damaging private property and burning down shyt is wrong? It is you that are the problem.
