Does anyone know a stability shoe that is between 5-7mm hell to toe drop. I am a mild overpronator that lands on the mid foot.

I live in this category of shoes.
Skechers Forza 4 - 6mm drop
Hoka One One Arahi 4 - 5mm drop
NB Vongo v3 or v4 - 4mm drop
Enjoy! I do not know why so many stability shoes on the market have drops of 10mm+. Seems counterintuitive to me if you want to stabilize the foot and ankle.
more racing oriented - new balance 1500
one more, yes it's 8mm - saucony guide 13
I know I don’t like the high drop because it makes me feel like an I going to fall forward when I mid foot strike.
The Topo Ultrafly 2 or 3 fits the bill.

ELong - what were the high drop shoes you had been using that gave you the sensation of falling forward? Your problem might have just been specific to those shoes and not the drop.
ASICS gt 2000 8 is the current shoe I am using. I think the drop and the plastic piece in the middle is making feel like i am falling foward
Topo ultra fly. They just came out with the third version and the second went on sale recently.
They fit well if you have a wide forefoot.
