The Egg-spurts here on LRC can pontificate all they want to about their perceived authority regarding whether this is legal or not, but it really wouldn't matter.

BTW many State championship meets are run with staggers in Mile/16s and also for 2mile/32s. .... Especially States that run with18 racers qualifying. Last I checked these results count.

Colorado definitely runs staggers in 1600 and 3200 at State.
