Personally, I run to not think.
I’m the opposite - I love running because I can think at 200% speed while I do it. Like my heart is cranking so much oxygen into my brain that it’s overclocked. I do like that book though.
Wow, I'm loving the responses to this. I think it proves that Running is what you make it, running is literally yours and can be whatever you want it to be.
I don't think that can be said for many other sports, but maybe i'm wrong. I even think it's unfair to call it a sport unless it's in a competition!
