I enjoyed that read. I did read a lot about kellogg's training philosophy. I still find it useful. But ultimately when it comes to training philosophy I enjoy Hadd and Canova. Even though both are complete opposites in training I believe there is a happy medium and in terms of my long term running career I would like to build training philosophies based mainly on those 2.
Obviously that isn't the case with my current 6 month crusade-like mission.
For canova style training i'd need to finish building my "aerobic house".
For Hadd i'd need to be confident enough and risk-taking enough to commit to his philosophy because out of all the famous coaches his path is the longest and riskiest but i have no doubt it will be worthwhile. RIP Hadd
