Your 10K on Sunday looks like the race. If it were, then the Tuesday 4x1000 pace would be perfect CV pace, Wednesday would be a hard 13k tempo run, and Saturday would be about what you would expect from someone who races after running an all out 10K race and two tough workouts in a three day period.
Assuming you are actually in 32:00 10K shape, you could stand to run the 4x1000 15 seconds/k faster, and your Wednesday long run 30+ seconds/k slower -- and do one or the other, not both the same week as a hard tempo and a race. And certainly not both in consecutive days two days after a hard long tempo.
If the times and distances you posted are accurate, you are in sub 15:30 shape. You're just neglecting all-important recovery days.
