I poop in the morning, every morning, after my ritual cup. Most days, I only drink this large cup (~400ml | 14oz | 3 japanese cups | 2 british cups) of black coffee. If I don't, I don't poop, my head hurts, I feel generally "off," and I need a midday nap.
Being willfully planted in the denial stage of this addiction, I attribute some the "off" feeling to not having pooped.
So my question to you all runners, hobby joggers, and lurkers who forgo coffee and/or caffeine (tea doesn't make me poop), when do you poop? Do you always poop at the same time each day? Do you have some other thing that makes you poop?
