Has anyone tried this method? I remember a few threads about Verheul/Lok from a few years ago but there wasn't much info out there in English. It looks like he has done his book in English now so thought it may be of interest to some on here.
The ideas are about using very relaxed, easy interval training almost every day to build aerobic capacity. Klaas himself ran some very good times back in the late 70's, early 80's - 3:38/13:36/28:24.
