I figured it was about time that I created a training log, so that I can stop posting my training in bob775's training thread.
Stats before starting the log
mile-5:26
2 mile-12:24
5k-18:51
male, 14 years old, I was injured, so i will post the weeks leading from the end of that injury to now. It will be a weekly log. Feel free to critique my training.
The goal is under 5 in the mile, or 4:59. If it goes well, I will continue into a 16:29 5k.
I might be missing something here, but I guess this is the OP-EGF
