Buy some well fitting reasonably light shoes with good cushioning, like Novablast, Pegasus 37, NB 1080, Clifton 7 etc. Tie laces 'just right' too tight can create pressure on top of the foot, result, sore foot after run which you may mistake for an injury.
I agree with previous posters, have a day off, start next run very easy and see how you go. If it's a serious injury you won't be able to run even a few steps due to severe pain.
