No that's not what I think but thanks anyway. There are a lot of questions about this workout. Why the 2:30 rest? Why do the workout at this time of year anyway under the circumstances? Were they just trying to impress for Milesplit? What is she training for, the NSAF meet previously known as NBNO? Running progressively slower does make a difference even if it's only 5 seconds. If cutting down by 5 seconds makes a difference then so does the reverse.
