You must be the worst lawyer ever.
Look at individual state statutes.
That said, I think some of them have gone a little nuts and also some rules have been blown out of proportion. The MI gov did not ban the sale of seeds. The ban was aimed at big box stores in an effort to reduce traffic in them. It was wholly ineffective and the attempt to designate what is essential and what is not is also highly dubious. (That said, the idiots who showed up with guns at the capitol did more harm to their cause than good)..
I hope a lot of execute powers -- at the national, state, and county level -- are challenged. However, I doubt these "buh muh rights, states dunna have the consontusional powir!" types cared one like about all the executive overreach of their God Emperor.

The Insurrection Act of 1807 gives the president a lot of power. But so what? We don't have to abide by the constitution. We can do whatever we want, as long as it doesn't violate the rights of anyone else.

You write too poorly and think too badly to be a lawyer.
It was a bright cold day in April...
How about the “right to life...?” If someone else’s actions infringe on my rights, the government should intervene.
Recklessly spreading a deadly disease in public spaces could qualify.
and the clocks were striking thirteen...

There is this document,
it is called the Constitution.
It starts with "We The People of the United States Of America..."
and includes the words "promote the general Welfare"
(Note that the word "Welfare" is capitalized in the original.)
That is the foundation of the government's power concerning the welfare of its citizens.

Did you check your first post??? Quite a few grammatical mistakes, so your point is mute. End of story loser.

There is no law...but that has very little to do with how things operate.
No, governors only have the authority that is granted to them by their state constitutions or their legislatures. Several states have already had these "emergency' measures struck down by courts or the legislatures. A few governors, most notably Whitman, have been illegally defying them.
There are many cases out there right now doing just that. As I pointed out above, many of these emergency powers have already been deemed illegal by the courts.
I see you decided to double down on being wrong.

no
10th Amendment
'The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
The states are not prohibited from creating public health emergency laws by the US Constitution.
From NoloPress:
'Public Health Emergency Powers
During a state of emergency, balancing public health and safety with the rights of citizens can be a daunting task. Many state legislatures and agencies have laws and regulations in place to help guide officials’ responses to emergencies. In public health emergencies, many state and local governments give health departments authority to take actions necessary to protect the public.
In California, for example, the Communicable Disease Prevention and Control Act authorizes the State Department of Health Services to adopt and enforce regulations requiring strict or modified isolation or quarantine, if deemed necessary for the protection of the public health. The law directs law enforcement and health officers to enforce orders issued by the department. Local health officers also have the power to take action necessary to control the spread of disease. Any person who knows of, and violates, an order is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Cal. Health & Safety Code §§ 120100-120305 (2019).) Other states have similar public health emergency regulations in law."
So there you go. Covid Pandemic is a health emergency and therefore the states and local governments can do what they have done.
All these years theyre been preaching constitution this, constitution that and now they just totally ignore that constitution. These lying control and censorship freaks need a punch in the face.
The only thing I came up with is the law of gravity. Gonna go with that.....
Sounds like you searched for the word mask in the constitution and didn’t find anything.
Try researching the concepts you are questioning vs a couple of vocabulary words.
You don’t really understand what you are challenging, so just assume there is nothing to support it.
Why would you indicate you are a lawyer? Are you a Western Michigan law grad?
No law says the government can do anything, unless it ignores the law that says it can't.
This will always be true, because the government is the authority, which is better than law. Authority controls all parts of government, including how the law is read. If a law says "1+1=2" and the authority steps in and says "after further review, 1+1=3" the authority will win.
This means you can't oppose it using legal arguments. Challenge the authority directly.
