How did he get into law school without having an undergrad degree? Does "academically disqualified" mean flunking out, or some sort of ethical violation? His claims of "self propelling" across America may not be the first time he's lied, cheated, and scammed.

Proving he is faking this is going to be very tough. We'd need surveillance footage from some sort of business showing the RV driving by, a means of calculating the speed of the RV, and plenty of tape before and after to show the bikes never appeared. Or, someone could ride with him all day, but unless it was someone known to the board, it wouldn't be enough to confirm one way or another.
If it weren't for the Geezers, RY probably would have gotten away with it. It doesn't look like anyone is willing or capable of giving up a few days to travel with Kavinoky and I'm not sure you can blame them. When you think about it, RY was much easier to bust (because his claims were so much more outrageous and he was going for a record), but it still took a lot of work.
Realistically, how can we bust this guy? What would it take?

We've only had one boots on the ground. If I remember correctly, the guy said he drove back and forth over a couple of days at several times and they were riding each time. Doesn't mean he isn't riding in the RV some.
We need more boots on the ground other than this.

It can't be done. This website has proven itself to be "commandos in cyberspace" only. When it comes to boots or wheels on the ground, nothing. This thread has reached a dead end, unless somebody out there steps up to the plate with video evidence, this farce ends with Kavinoky riding a bike into NYC as a conquering hero knowing that he got the last laugh over letsrun.

No, I don't have a "smoking gun" to prove he is guilty of riding in the RV, other than doing the math on the times and distances per the GPS. What he claims he is doing is doubtful, very doubtful.
Exactly this. Before NY I can spend a couple of days riding with them as have some gardening leave at the moment. We will see how they ride then.
