Don't you think when you are 55 years old have been running for 30+ years, it's pretty darn likely that injuries are more likely why she dropped off more than anything else.

Linda was a 2:28 marathoner in the 1990s. And when she was 49 she ran a 1:13 half. She was Regina-esque. Sorry to burst your bubble, Olympics or not, everything about her indicated she was an elite masters doper.

Actually I made an intelligent point and you responded with an ad hominem attack so you're clearly the loser in the argument. Fact: Linda's best marathon time (2:30.06) as an open runner is elite (and none of her other PRs overshadowed that), but it's far inferior to her AG times in her late 40s, for example, a low-1:13 half-marathon at age 48 or 49 in 2010. I call horseshyte on that.
