Correction 3-4 shots, 2 on goal.
Probably already been discussed at length, but why are they so conservative with Freddy Adu? Age?
Seems like other countries aren't so conservative with their youngsters and it pays off.
Yes! Yes! Yes!
Oh baby! 1-0 USA
woo-hoo!
What a half by the US. The defense was very disciplined against a multifaceted Spanish attack. If we can just hang on for another 20, 25 minutes the Spanish attack will start to dissolve until desperation renders it useless and subject to counter.

Man the Spanish offense is relentess. Donavan will be succesful on a counter if we can just hold on...

Amazing Spain hasn't gotten a goal. If we win this puppy its what you call stealing a game.
Keep posting! I'm stuck in a meeting right now, but refreshing my Blackberry every minute or so.
spain is clearly the better and more talented team, but the best team does not always win...that's why they play
US is playing some amazing defense...if they can just hold a few more minutes spain will get desperate and give us more opportunities for counters
as hard as they're playing, i'm getting sick of watching our guys just give the ball back to spain...i'd like to see an actual possession
