What an absurd analysis. Webb is great because he is a freak of nature talent. He is no different than just about any other great runner: great talent, hard worker. His difference? Mediocre coach and bad training partners. THAT is why he isn't better than he is now.

The best runners are east african. There is no huge drug conspiracy there or more dopers there than anywhere else. A couple Morrocans or maybe an Italian or spaniard getting busted changes little. It's east africa all (99%) of the time, and it will continue to be so. Nothing has changed.
