The map shows a 3k loop followed by two 2.5k loops. Anyone familiar enough with Eastern State to provide a course description?

I ran the 5k course a lot in high school... the start has a dip, and the first loop through the woods has a hill as well... there is a long one near the finish... most of it is grass and wide.
i ran it a lot in high school as well. it's the famous course for prs! trust me, it'll be a fast race...as long as it's nut rainy bc that placed gets f*****cked up with bad weather. ne way...the start is a giant field which then goes down hill, plenty of time to funnel out before you have to climb a little hill...then basically you do a giant loop around these rolling hills before you make you way into a little wooded section...the wooded section is basically just a small loop as well then ur back out on the fields, then to another wooded section,t hen u come back out on the fields and u finish...its simple really
Here's results for Bridgewater, W&L, and MWU from the William & Mary course this weekend as I've computed them. First number is tri-meet scoring, second is scoring just by the number they placed in the open race, and third is avg time of top 5 runners.
Mary Wash: 35 (211) 27:06
W&L: 41 (222) 27:10
B: 49 (241) 27:24
where'd you find those results? they were having problems with the results and couldn't provide them at the end of the meet. full results still aren't up on the w&m site.
the course we ran on Saturday would be just fine for regionals, if they would just mark it a little better. I don't know why cnu wants to run the course they put on their website -- looks like it's completely out in the open and skips the trails altogether.
places are correct, but the times are a bit of a mess (at least they were for w&l). apparently the people running the meet were asking coaches for their runners' times, so at some juncture in the race they screwed up.
i think the course was fine on the whole, with the exception of the little figure 8 loop between miles 1 and 2. the narrow trails can be tolerated, but having runners going both ways on the same path is something i've never seen before.

and so they will win
they're gunna be nasty next year, and the year after that
No way. Bridgewater will crush everybody at ODAC's and then take the Region title two weeks later. You heard it here first.
You're all wrong. Emory and Henry all the way!!!
I'm predicting a fierce battle between Guilford and Emory and Henry up front, with the former nipping the latter by 5 points. You heard it here first sluts!
I amuse myself so.
Yeah, Lynchburg held out Travis Wray all year just so they could have the element of surprise at the ODAC Championships in their attempt to upset Bridgewater, whose domination is looking more and more inevitable with each additional rain drop that falls on W&L's course. LC should have not raced Flynn all year too, so it could have been a double whammy surprise!
They didn't exactly race Van Alstine either, so yes, they are looking for the double whammy.
anybody got odacs results?
Why were those times so slow?
One of the hardest courses in Virginia + 72 hours of rain before the meet...
and Flynn got a course record without trying
