The more he talks the more DOJ can use his words against him in court.
They executed a raid for political reasons under bogus pretenses and seized documents protected by attorney client privilege and executive privilege.
Attorney-client privileged documents get swept up in search warrants all the time. Then a privilege team, unassociated with the investigation, goes through the discovery and filters out privileged documents. This literally happens every day in America and has for many decades.
Fox News is well aware of that procedure, but it put out that headline last night about privileged documents being seized at the Trump compound because its sounds so villainous. Fox was counting on people like you to get jacked up and outraged about it, and they were rewarded for their efforts.
This is true. But I suspect that this case was complicated by the fact that some of the documents are so sensitive that an ordinary privilege team would not be allowed to even know the titles. I'm sure the procedure for handling and reviewing these documents was carefully thought out by a team of experts before the search even happened.
