Wow--according to this I'm between advanced and elite. It doesn't feel like that, though. I weigh 185 and bench (raw) around 300. My best ever was 300 lbs flat weighing 178. That was about 5 years ago at 178 lbs. In my running days, I could bench about my weight (160) for a maximum bench press.
I used to be a long-distance guy, but that was 8 years ago. Now I just lift hard and heavy, and run a couple times a week. I'd be happy to run a 5:30 mile now.:)
If you are doing these lifts with good form I would say that you have good power.
We see a lot of people only using half the range of motion on many lifts.
People 19 years old are doing the military press only half way down. If their girlfriend thinks it's okay than to them it's acceptable.
Benching 450 pounds with your butt 2 feet in the air is not an accomplishment.
Moving your feet or shoulders is not okay. But they actually have contests to see who can lift the most this way. It's like tattoos, piercings and other weird stuff people are getting into these days.

1.85x body weight I was finishing my first year lifting now unfortunately I haven't been able to increase still at 315 and I've added a few poundage at 184, height is still the same

You were in very good shape at the time of this post, both lifting and running wise and it is hard to go up in strength while maintaining long distance running speed. It is near impossible to run at your pace and bench double your weight.
im 16 years old 5’11 and am around 140 body weight. I was diagnosed with femorolacetabular impingement a few months ago, so i have been in running rehab for a while. my prs are 17:34 5k, 4:54 mile and 55 400. Because i havent been running, i have been working out a lot at the gym. I can do 3 muscle ups and 6 min plank, and i have recently been doing a lot of bench press. my 1 rep max is 135, and i really want to up that. My goal is 225 by end of senior year (2022) at ~ 150 body weight. I am looking for advice on how i can achieve this goal, even as a runner.
Very different for tall people. At 6'5 185 I did 5x225# as my best effort ever. My friends were laughing about how funny it looked with my skinny arms pushing that. I never lifted for 1 rep max , that's pretty stupid unless it's your profession somehow.
