Then I read posts like this and realise he has absolutely no idea about anything. It shows you good athletes of days past, often don't make good coaches.
I genuinely used to think this dude got a hard time, then he started to post absolute clueless nonsense in the nsm thread (those boys don't suffer fools!) and now actually this post just confirms; Jan really has very little understanding of any of the training of technical terms he uses.
