T 6 AM,4 PM tired and sore from yesterday
W 13.5 mile long run, I have been pretty sick
R 2.25 AM, hip was killing me. 6 PM with club, hip felt better, stretching. still sick
F 5.5 with club + strides, felt good but still a little sick
S first 8K race - 26:52 for 6th place, I need more real workouts under my belt, the course was tough
so the time is pretty good for me
