i wish i ran the 5k yesterday at carleton. it was staked with alot of talent and alot of guys. on a more serious note, why do they even run the race with 2 people. or youd think carlteon would put in more than 1 guy considering it is there own meet. if i was the coach there, i would have put my 1 guy running the 5k into a different race and scratched it. no point in watching/competing in that type of race.
So who are we going to see this weekend down at ISU?
The Carleton website says that Kennedy and Sepe are running the 5K, and Hamline always sends a crew down so I would bet Bauer and Steinbrecher are for sure running, and possibly Gleason depending on his personal situation. UST ran their DMR here last year and I'd bet on them going for it again this year. Anyone know of anybody else running?
Mile
1. Erichsen (even though he hasn't raced yet)
2. Boumeester
3. Atzinger
4. Ruon
5. Gamble
(Brandon goes DMR)
3000
1. Erichsen (if he runs it)
2. Gleason
3. Gamble
4. Boumeester
5. Greeno
5000
1. Gleason
2. Fermoyle
3. Swanson
4. Greeno
5. DeLaubenfels
Those are not good predictions.
Congrats Gleason, you deserve it!

That really is a pretty incredible comeback. Congratulations.
The steel help him more than it hurts him.
Running the 5K: Gleason, Greeno, Haglund, Bauer, Gladitsch, Sepe, Kennedy, DeLaubenfels
Gleason 14:37
Greeno 14:46
DeLaubenfels 14:54
Sepe 15:05
Bauer 15:08
Haglund 15:16
Gladitsch 15:20
Kennedy 15:25
Those look to be about right, but I wouldn't be surprised if a few more of the guys (if not all) break 15. Hopefully the pacing is good and we see some fast times. Good luck to all of those competing!
Kennedy ran 15:25 two years ago, he should definitely be faster than that now.
He also ran 8:43 and 4:21 2 years ago...hasn't matched either of those times since.
UST men and women are running the DMR down there as well from the looks of it.
Gleason 14:37
Greeno 14:39
DeLaub 14:49
Gladitsch 14:57
Bauer 14:58
Sepe 14:59
Kennedy 15:10
Haglund 15:12
Anyone else wondering what kind of a time Haglund put down to get into the fast heat?
Should be interesting to see how he does.
before you start criticizing, you should actually look at the heat sheets instead of being a dumba%&. he is in the second heat, along with all of the other miac guys. if you look at the first heat, you would know that that was the faster heat.

And before you start criticizing the criticizer, YOU should stop being a dumba%& and realize that there are two more non-seeded heats behind that heat with most of the MIAC guys, many of which have put up equal or better times to him.
Wrong, wrong, wrong wrong... wrong, wrong wrong wrong.
You're Wrong.
(settle that is)
