Mike,
You still running? If so, where, how much, and what are you training for? Take care, man.

Please tell me this is a joke, how could you not know how to spell your own job title?
Sigl prolly ran that 800 just for fun. It helps having something to look forward to in december. I'm guessing there was no need to try and run a qualifying time this early. I'm pretty sure everyone is confident in him running one in jan or feb.

I think Hany will win every event from the 800 to the 10k outdoors. He is just on such a higher level than any one else in D3. Did you guys know that he is going to be an olympian? I almost feel bad for everyone else running, but it's not Hany's fault he is just that good.
You are my Hero, but I am slightly offended that you limit Hany to only the 800 through 10k, like he isn't going to win the 100, 200, any hurdle events, steeple, and bobsled (by himself)
I know we haven't posted too many updates over the last month, but we've got a fair amount of stuff lined up for the near future and are looking to churn out a good number of interviews this season. We've just posted an interview with Will Leer (now with OTC-Elite).

bumpity- whats going in the d3 track world?
Kosgei ran an 8:26 (3000) at R.I.T this past weekend. He looked pretty easy.
Sigl ran 2:28.48 for 1k this last weekend.
Kosgei ran a 4:09.31 Mile at Colgate today.
Sigl 8:17 in Wisconsin today.
Any hot chicks in D3 track in 2008?
Butzler got beat today by a frosh from Whitewater in the 800. Both ran 1:55. Butzler looked a little tight. Fitness seems to be there, but maybe not the speed. Kehoe (the frosh) looked very strong. He made a couple strong moves during the race and also split a 49.8 in the 4x400 a little later. He should be a great add to their mid distance program. He is pretty inexperienced when it comes to race tactics however.
Look out for the UWW DMR this season Butzler/Keen/Kehoe/Konopacki they will turn some heads!
justin wager 227 1k
Willy Kaul ran 8:24 looking very very smooth this past weekend.
Who paced him through that one?
After seeing Stenuf race this past weekend...he's got my vote for the 800.
