Keene State, Brandeis, Trinity, Amherst, Tufts, Umass Lowell, Stonehill (yes I know the last two are D2) usually are at UMD, clearly UMD will be there, it does not look like team Japan will be on the line this year. I think Coast Guard is usually at the meet as well, and maybe Conn College, I think Colby has also been there in the past. Usually not much change from year to year with this meet.
All eyes on Colby and Bowdoin tomorrow. Big showdown in Waterville. Should be close

trinity ran really well, four in the top ten. 24:38 for norte, 24:50 for moorhead, 25:25 for anderson, 25:27 for halstead, and their fifth was a freshman around 26:15. That's not bad. Southern Maine had three in the top ten, which was a surprise, but there four and five were back aways. Should be interesting.
Interesting results, looks like Lonsdale's not injured, Bowdoin has a few guys who might be injured or were held out, and Colby must have been taking it as a workout. Hard to tell much from this

Has anyone seen the JV results anywhere? They didn't even have them posted at the meet, and they seemed to be having some technical difficulties with those.

There's no point making that comment if you're not going to suggest what's incorrect.
The results were incorrect at first, with names within teams switched around, which is why they were not announced after the race, but the results up as of now should be accurate.
USM with 3 in the top 10 was a suprise, I do not think the wheelers both being in the top 4 was suprising though. At a bigger meet, those 4 and 5 guys will hurt them, but today it worked out for a second place finish.

Tufts Tempo'ed (score 4 and they beat all but Trin and USM's 4 men-not that means ANYTHING)and no kantos.
MIT got spanked at National Preview. (as would most ne teams)

Williams is untouchable.
what did williams show to make them untouchable? I didn't realize they had run.
As far as I am concerned, Trinity is the top team in the region at this point, when Williams races, they might prove this wrong, but as of now...Trinity would be my vote for number 1 on this weeks poll. Amherst had a very quick runner in the JV race that would have bumped them up considerably this weekend as well. This weeks poll for me would most likely go...

Keene State rocked the JV race, looks like that program is headed in the right direction again.
I wouldn't call getting second rocking the JV race, i think they certainly looked good, and were probably the deepest team at the USM invite, they need to get some big guns up front if they wanna start winning anything.

the new rankings are out and both trinity and williams received 5 first place votes. Williams is first with 95 and Trinity is second with 93.
Will Moorehead and Anderson be able to hang on all season? They are more track guys....
