Carney has made steady progress over 10 years through college until today. He has always done it with precise increments of volume and speed. Having come back after a slight injury he has done amazingly well. The PSAC Conference is proud of him!

You're right. Carney owes all his improvement to Brad Hudson. It doesn't have anything to do with his change in environment and some good training partners. Those workouts he has been doing....WOW....amazing. Ed needs to do those too!

This is rediculous. If Ed left Hudson and started doing really well in a very short matter of time, you'd be spouting off "see, as soon as he got away from Hudson he improved DRASTICALLY"

I can imagine that Hudson's personality and the whole "vibe" fo that group works well for Carney. He has made continuous progress over the years...has always been at the edges of getting over the hump and into the spotlight. Now, he's crossed that barrier.
Interestingly, lots on this board criticized him for not running World Cross...hmmm, seems like the right choice -- eh?
