Let's rethink Riddicks credibility. He's facing charges, along with Tim Montgomery, for bank fraud. It was a scheme that involved setting up bogus companies, then kiting checks until they land at the door of a legitimate company. One of the kited checks went through MARION JONES'checking account.

I am shocked I thought it would come back Positive. I still think that between 40 and 60% of the elites have broken the Drug Rule either in fact or spirit.
Maid Marion just goes back into the same pool...no reason to look at this as other than 50-50.

The rule's intent is that athletes not use substances that artificially improve performance. The search and acquisition of substance that while not technically banned act as enhancers is in my mind breaking the spirit of the law. Eating mega doses of OTC stuff and special diets are not what I mean. Using testing to insure what you take stays at level generously deemed as 'normal'- ie epi/testi ratio is 4:1 yet in normal every day humans its about 1;1 but if you artificially boost a athletes ratio from a normal for them 1.7:1 to 3.9:1 that's breaking spirit.

A zillion years ago when I was just a lad,the earth was cool and Pluto was a planet I worked for a company that paid a generous cash dinner money allowance to those employees that worked after 7PM..... If a project was not easily in the bag by quiting time bet your ass I started making it strech with busy work to last till 7;15 .....no one ever finished a project at 6:45 but 98.7% of the projects were wrapped up by 7:15. Cheating.... seems benign but hey every one does it.......
When you have medical tests run at an outside lab like Quest-tests that have no medical validity other than to monitor for banned drug levels- you must have a reason for doing that..... "Just being procative" is not an excuse that holds water on this.
