Cops can't do anything he has freedom of speech, if he tried getting violent he would get beat up, but look at him he is not in shape to fight, so he is not a threat to anyone.
It is not enough to Threaten, for it to be a crime, you need the ability to pull off the threat, and look at him, do you think he can fight at the level of Terence Crawford or Oleksandr Usyk no he can not, therefore he is not a threat, just some nobody flapping his gums.
I don't agree that because the jury is "all white," the defendant is "cooked."
Take a look around. America is riddled with white people determined to be "allies," often to a ridiculous degree. Take, for example, the OJ Simpson trial three decades ago - that jury was mostly white, and they voted to acquit despite overwhelming physical evidence proving he killed Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman.

The fix is in. This case is too racially charged. He is going to prison.
It isn't 1965 anymore, but I appreciate the sentiment as if it were. The jury should be comprised of responsible citizens who are capable of looking at the evidence and coming to the correct verdict. The color of their skin need not enter the equation. And, for what it's worth, Anthony's attorneys had a say in jury selection.
Just imagine the crybabies if Trump, or Kyle Rittenhouse, or even zimmerman for example had an all black jury.

The juries would not have mattered in those cases. In the rittenhouse case, blacks would not have cared about a white guy killing a bunch of other white guys. In the Zimmerman case, it may have made more of a difference since many blacks will certainly support their own no matter what they do. But given that Zimmerman was also a POC, they wouldn't be out to convicted him as much as if he were white.

You can always tell it's going to be a thoughtful, enlightened post on race relations when someone uses the terms "blacks".
