Running Dogg, i gotta ask you this... we all have things that we get psyched about... i for example about my kids being well, about my running going well, about the weather being great... and there could be more, some intimate in nature... which indeed i may end up sharing with that whole portion of the world that actually reads this board...
My question is... that you seem to gen mostly excited with double-entendre innuendo... massages, bed incentives...
Can you elaborate on this a little?
Point,
I guess I'm just lucky and excited to have a lady in my life that likes to boogie. And that excitement sometimes finds its way into my posts here. We share a passion for running and each other. What more can I say?
Where was I ...
Wednesday: 40' easy (storm)
Thursday: 60' tempo, lifting
Friday: 3 x 800m @ 110% vVO2max, 2 x 1200 @ 105% vVO2max...kinda tough
Keep up the good work, all!
Saturday: easy 50' recovery
Today: sleeping in again! :-)
Thurs., for 28:39
Friday, no run.
Saturday, for 35:44. Steady pace.
Thanks, LOL.
I always thought I was legit. At least it says so on my birth certificate.
;)
Saturday - 80:00
Today - 50:00
Both Outdoor runs; man what a difference between treadmill running and being outdoors. I'm ready for early spring, too. Just get the temps up over 40-degrees F.

U R most welcome.
Treadmill running? See this link;
http://www.letsrun.com/forum/flat_read.php?thread=2323433Thanks. 3 weeks ago I had the thing at 10MPH, when it slowed down on me and flashed a warning message about abusing the belt.
I asked the owner's wife, whose eyes got wide when she heard the speed I was travelling at. 'No one's ever gone that fast before..."
One thing about treadmill running: it's not kosher to spit indoors.
Pretty darn fast when was the last time I ran @ 6:00 mile pace.
Today; for 44:13 AHR 147 MHR 158. Steady run on a sunny day.
I finally snuck in 30' easy yesterday. Today it'll be hills. Looking forward to it!!
4 miles on saturday in 29:00
I am pathetic...
I RAN 13K ON TREADMILL.ITS MINUS 6 IN IRELAND AND I COULDNT FACE OUTSIDE TOOK ME ONE HOUR
Took advantage of a freak warm spell here in New England to get my cruise interval workout in early this week:
2 miles easy
3200 Tempo, 6:11, 12:25
2 min jog
1600 tempo, 6:14
1.5 miles easy
On the second interval, I was so warm I ditched my t-shirt. It seemed like a great idea at the time, but it got soaked on the track, and when I put it back on for my cool down it chaffed my poor nipples something awful.
Short one, 17:15. Snuck in a run before physio.
monday: 8.5 miles in 60:00
Howdy DYRTers, and Running Dogg thanks for your reply.
so, feeling good, rested, injury free. Colder than seasonal temps make Vibram 5Fs a reasonable choice.
Today: track, 3x3000m, 800m recovery with my archrival (we train together which is sort of cool.) Did: 11m54s, 11m47s, 11m40s (sort of speeding. Had one more 3000m in me but decided to save some good feelings for Sunday's RomaOstia Half coming up. Cycle to work and back home
Yesterdday: trails, 15K, 1h13m, including my buddy bathroom pitstop
Sunday: with kids, walking all around town, tiring yet resting
Saturday: 1h30m on trails with my archrival before kids athletics
Just had osseous bump removed (femoral acetabular impingement). No running for another 3-6 months. So, ah, no running today either.
