They bought russian pipeline gas with printed euros
For LNG they have to pay with actual dollars 10 times more which they can't print
Europe has 2 simple choices
1. Be very very poor
2. Reconcile with Russia whatever it takes
Ridiculous! So, LNG suppliers are sending shipments to Europe, but can't accept their payments. It's not like these payments are made with barrels of cash. Currencies can be exchanged.
As for Russian supply, Russia broke the contract on their gas supplies by unilaterally changing the terms and shutting off the supply.
Europe's problem in transitioning to LNG is that their current infrastructure can't handle it all, not its currency.
I meant long term they will lose their industry as LNG is too expensive.
They are bust. And they can't do anything. And infrastracture will not change that
Their only hope Russia loses war and submits to their price caps. LNG is completely dead end for Europe
And Russia didn't break anything
Europe froze funds they paid Russia for gas
This is what radiculous stealing money and stealing gas and then say Russia broke the contract!

Russia unilaterally changed the payment terms to Rubles. That's a breach of the agreed terms of the contract.

The only point worth negotiating is how much Russia is going to pay in reparations. Everything else is better settled by turning Russian soldiers into fertilizer until Putin gets the message. Do you think another 100,000 dead or wounded Russians will do the trick? Maybe 500,000? Or a million? Is Donbas worth a million dead Russians? I wouldn’t think so, but Putin doesn’t seem to value Russian lives very highly.
This is low even for you.
Two questions for you to think about:
1) How many Ukrainian citizens has Ukrainian regular army + Azov have killed since 2014?
2) How many of those Ukrainian citizens have been killed by the US provided weapons?
Looks like Wagner terrorists are doing their part around Bakhmut - From the Forbes article linked above: “Graphic videos from the battle depict heaps of dead mercenaries.” How many dead Russian soldiers is Donbas worth to Putin?
Anton Krasovsky was fired from his position as on-air propagandist after saying Ukrainians should be drowned. Lolly claims it was an isolated case of mental illness. Now Ramzan Kadyrov goes on a rant, promising to keep destroying and burning Ukrainians alive. Does he also have a mental illness, Lolly? Do you think he’ll also be fired? Because seeing as how he works directly for Putin, I doubt it. Maybe it’s not so much mental illness as it is a symptom of being Russian.
p.s. LOLLY - how many civilians have LNR and DNR forces killed in the last 8 years? How about in the last 8 months? Don’t be shy!!
After over two weeks of launching attacks in an attempt to retake Bakhmut, RU forces are now being pushed back by UA. The UA push goes all the way up to the north with the potential to push RU defensive positions out of Svatove and Kreminna. That would set the stage for an assault on Severodonetsk.
UA forces are also descending on Kherson. RU is reportedly preparing to defend the city, but has evacuated all non-military officials and even has taken buses and fire trucks across the Dnirpo. UA has all but cut off Kherson from the eastern bank of the Dnipro meaning that RU forces will have a difficult time getting supplies and may have to negotiate a surrender if they fail to defend the city as there is no real chance to retreat without getting routed.
Another interesting issue is that the Russian manufacturing industry has not really been mobilized for the war. Russia is having to balance its need to continue to fill orders for countries that still do business with Russia with the need to convert manufacturing to support weapons production. Russia needs export dollars to be able to fund the war, but is burning through munitions at a very high rate. Many expect RU to call for a winter truce so that it can get caught up on weapons manufacturing.
And relatedly, Kazakhstan has been trying to lure businesses that have left Russia due to sanctions. Azerbaijan now supports Ukraine 100% and has Iran's Republican Guard practicing military drills on its boarder. For all the talk about support in the US and EU wavering in light of economic concerns and nuke threats, Putin is also losing support from the former Soviet satellites.

Sure, currencies can be exchanged, but what happens to the value of each currency when you need to more euros and buy more USD?
You mean ones that call Russia’s actions terrorism? We have them. We even have one for President, you f*cking moron.
Oddly you left out their examples of terrorism by Israel and the USA.
Two things you would never hear out of the mouth of a US pol.
Well, I also left out that Clare Daly is a complete moron - Jimmy Dore’s favorite source!
In late January 2022, Daly described the Russian troop build up on the Ukrainian border as being "clearly defensive" and believed there is "no evidence that Russia has any desire to invade Ukraine, it would be of no benefit to them".

The usual "argument" we have come to expect from you.
Someone is a moron.
Do you deny that USA and Israel engage in terrorism
When someone repeatedly says things that are shown to be false, like Clare Daly, Jimmy Dore, Clayton Morris, Lolly, you, then yes… they are, by definition, morons. Here’s a litmus test for you, if you can’t read a table on Wikipedia, you’re a moron.
Stay on topic Carmine! You’re more than welcome to wander over to letsrun.ru and post about Israeli terrorism. This thread is about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Russia’s war crimes in Ukraine. And Russia’s defeat in Ukraine.

it looks a lot like the mobilization was meant to try to slow the ukrainian offensive over winter while the regular RU army regenerates and is ready for campaigning season in the spring. Which would explain why the draftniks don't have any equipment - RU is saving it for the actual soldiers.
Good lord life comes cheap in Russia. What a garbage nation.

I love what azerbaijan is doing.
Do most people think the Russian army is capable of regeneration over the winter? They seem to have a worst-of-all-worlds military system that had a very limited professional soldier base, a large 1-year conscription base, and not nearly enough officers to make them operate well. I can't image the reserves under age 40 have enough experience to be an effective fighting/occupying force anytime soon.
Like everything else in Russia, the military seemed to be designed for oligarchs to extract rents from the state.

I agree with your post. And your observations of the Russian army seem spot on. Never in living memory has a nation made such a disgrace of themselves on the world stage.
However, one should never take their opponent for granted. You could get bit hard on the backside if you do. Look what happen with the Chicago vs New England football game on monday night. Nobody saw that coming, did they?
War is different though. When the battle is over, the results are deadly and permanent.
