I doubt it, Switzerland is always the last country standing, due to the greed of the rich and powerful.
Now you could be a part of more than 600.000 homeless people of the US within next years.
In Zurich there are maybe 10 (ten) homeless and they're all illegal immigrants from North Africa.
Something like 10% of Swiss people live in poverty. You can feel free to ignore them if you wish. We all know, and the UN just reported, that Swiss are systematically racist. And, your post seems to confirm that.
Countries by percentage of population living in poverty, as recorded by World Bank and other sources. Methodology "Poverty" is defined as an economic condition by the lack of both money and basic necessities needed to success...
Inflation has decimated the buying power of the dollar
Dollar this year has traded well against many other currency. It's increased about 12 points since June and almost 20 points since this time last year.
So?
Inflation has destroyed the purchasing power of the $$ and you can't use the strong dollar to buy what you need in foreign nations as their inflation is even worse

Swiss poverty is what you call middle class in the US.
Racism... Rich, coming from a citizen of a country where cops kneel on the necks of people of colour and Karens pulling guns on UPS drivers.

You're big prediction is 0.17% of the US population will be homeless "within next years"? How will we ever cope with such a calamity?
I guess I'll just have to suffer it out in the richest nation in history, while you continue to pretend to be a western European on an American running message board.
No, I am predicting YOU might be amongst the 600.000 homeless within next years. The number of homeless itself is not a prediction, it is the reality now.
The only thing the US is, is the most delusional nation in history. To me, you guys are somewhere in the middle between Russia and Switzerland. Almost civilized.
Is it the rule of thumb, the bigger the country, the worse it is?

No. It’s not like “middle class” in the US. It’s people living on the streets on Geneva begging for food with their scrawny dog next to them. Just because you’re racist and pretend it doesn’t exist doesn’t make it so.

No I think the rule is the more neutral a country claims to be, the less relevant it is. That’s why Switzerland hasn’t contributed anything to society since cheese with holes in it.

Consistent as always, you've missed the point of the argument, which was that Lolly predicted the demise of the dollar last spring. Instead of crashing and burning in June, the dollar has only grown stronger on the world market. However, as far as the purchasing power of the dollar, it would seem that American tourists would disagree with your assertion that "you can't use the strong dollar to buy what you need in foreign nations":
I know numbers are hard Carmine, but you take stupidity to a whole new level. From YOUR link:
“The percentage of the population living below national poverty line (%):
Switzerland Source 1 - 15.5% in 2019 Source 2 - 16.0% in 2018 Source 3 - 8.5% in 2020”
So, yeah so my claim of 10% seems WAY off. You’re such a f*cking idiot.
Swiss poverty line for a single person is 30.000 CHF which is worth a bit more than 30.000 USD. In the US it is 12.000 USD.
You do realize, that’s completely irrelevant in the current context, don’t you? It still means that roughly 10% of the people in Switzerland live in poverty.
In many areas of the United States, $12000 per year is more than enough to live on. Hence, trying to equate dollar values is meaningless - in large part because the US is much more diverse than Switzerland.
No I think the rule is the more neutral a country claims to be, the less relevant it is. That’s why Switzerland hasn’t contributed anything to society since cheese with holes in it.
Being relevant does not mean happiness to citizens. Ukraine is relevant nowadays too.
If you have to worry about your kids getting shot at school, you live in a sh*thole country. L.A has 60.000 homeless, while entire country of Switzerland has maybe a 100. Just accept the fact, that you're in the same bracket with Russia.

You right, 12.000$ is a lot for someone who lives in a trailer park.
Therefore someone who makes 38.000$ in Switzerland must be poorer, since they have to rent an appartement.

In doubt, just google gold reserves per capita.
I’ve been to Geneva and saw more than 100 homeless people in under a week. Unless all Swiss people look homeless.
Admit it. Switzerland was never relevant and has contributed zero to modern society. And the only reason you live there is they embrace mediocrity, so you fit in after realizing you couldn’t hack it in a real country like the US.
It’s okay. We understand you’re a misguided Putin lover. But, Zelenskyy is going to live longer than the current Russian Federation and it will be due to US and NATO assistance.

I think ETH is calling. They want their degree back. They didn’t realize anybody could write something as stupid as your last post.

Are you sure it's not just your fake Ukrainian family calling?
Only in your head somebody making 12.000$ and 30.000$ are comparable.
I guess if poverty line in Cambodia is 1000$ anno, it then equals the 12.000$ and 30.000$ in the US and Switzerland respectively?
Different countries have different standards on poverty, you nincompoop.
You think somebody earning CHF 30,000 per year is going to buy a house in the middle of Geneva? How about rent an apartment? There are plenty of places in the US where somebody earning $12,000 per year could do both. Shockingly, this agrees with what I said - that trying to put a single number on the poverty line for the whole US - and then trying to compare it to Switzerland is something only a wanna-be ETH graduate would say.
I might be off by a half a year, or a year or two. But the end of the dollar is imminent either way.
BRICS will create a new reserve currency eventually and Saudi Arabia joining BRICS in 2023 will surely make it happen sooner than later. Don't make a mistake, this war in Ukraine is not about Donbas or Ukrainians, the US couldn't give a damn about them. It's all about weakening Russia as much as possible, because Putin is the motor behind the idea of the BRICS currency.
To better understand the situation, just remember that BRICS + Saudi Arabia + Argentina make up ca. 26% of worlds GDP. A 26% hit to dollar would crash US economy irreversibly.
You really don't understand anything, do you. It's incredible.
Russia - formerly a global superpower. Now barely able to hold its place in an organization of emerging economies. No wonder their army is pathetic and they’re forced to resort to war crimes to mask their ineptitude.

Switzerland 0.03% 0.04% 0.14%
From the wikipeida article I included.
That's the "Percent of population (including non-citizens) living on less than $1.90, $3.20, and $5.50 a day, international (PPP) dollars as per the World Bank, the World Poverty Clock, and the Our World in Data". Not the percentage living below the poverty line. The numbers I quoted came from the table titled, "Percentage of the population living below national poverty line (%)", which is a much better metric when trying to refute or support my claim regarding the percentage of the population living below the poverty line.
Get your mommy to read the article to you. This is why you have no business posting in threads about things that require critical thinking skills. Once again, you've just proven to everyone here that you're an absolute f*cking idiot. You are the epitome of what happens when somebody watches too much Jimmy Dore and Clayton Morris. Your brain turns to mush and you become entirely incapable of logical thought.
