I don’t know how great the odds are of Biden winning Texas, but just the fact that it is officially now a battleground state is real bad news for Trump.
He can’t win without Texas and now he can’t afford not to spend time and money in Texas.

There is far from being ample evidence. It's still basically her word against his. The only documentation is the Larry King phone call and that only referred to "problems" she had with a senator. There are also some inconsistencies in her story. I'm not saying she's lying, but there's ample reasonable doubt.

Ample reasonable doubt? The accusations against Kavanaugh were treated as the Gospel. No left-leaning media outlet is touching this accusation. CNN did 700 stories about the accusations against Kavanaugh. They did ONE against this very credible source. There are even neighbors backing up her story.
