Do you realise that if your farm workers are paid $15 an hour then the low food prices you enjoy would skyrocket?
Yes.

So just allow illegals to keep working those jobs?
There is no reason to believe that Americans would not take jobs working in the fields.
I know plenty of Americans who used to harvest cotton and tobacco by hand. That's a lot tougher than picking vegetables.
Just pay them a living wage.

Wrong. History. Read about it.

Two women have come forward on the record, to corroborate Tara Reade's claims about her treatment by Dementia Joe. The Kavanaugh accusations had ZERO corroboration, yet the dems could not wait to crucify him.
Where are the dems now? Where is Me Too?

CNN did like 700 stories on the Justice Kavanaugh's accusers (now-debunked). How many stories has CNN done on the credible Joe Biden accuser? ZERO! Anyone who claims that the mainstream media is fair and balanced is nuts.
As for the sexual assault allegations against Biden:
Democrats have learned from Republicans to look the other way on some personal things if their candidate's policies align with theirs and if they can beat that other candidate that they hate so much.
On this subject, you know that anyone concerned about Biden won't then use any morality to vote for Trump.
You're just hoping they won't vote at all.
Sorry, they'll vote out the monster that is there now.

Wrong. History. Read about it.
As I said, I personally know lots of Americans who had these jobs and it was only a few decades ago.
I know enough history to know that plenty of Americans have worked in the fields and they would do it again. You have given zero reasons why they wouldn't.

To be fair, Democrats didn't have to learn that. They made that same decision decades ago with Clinton. That has not aged well. This won't either.

You really live in a fantasy world. I lived next to a strawberry farmer for a decade. Plus I have actually read histories about farming. There are not a lot or Americans who will do farm jobs if the pay is high enough. You fail to understand why that is the case because it does not play into some predetermined narrative you chose to hold onto. Indentured farm workers. Slave farm workers, Bracero program. Guest worker programs.
Fact: Agricultural farm work is almost entirely piece-work. It is not hourly pay.
Fact: Farm workers are EXCLUDED from National Labor Relations worker protections. They can be fired if they attempt to organize.
Fact: Farm workers are EXCLUDED from and overtime laws.
Fact: Farm workers DO NOT get workers’ compensation, health insurance and disability insurance.
Fact: Farm work is SEASONAL. It is short-term work.
Fact: Farm work in one of the MOST hazardous jobs in the US.

It all depends if the accusations are credible. NPR did a very thorough article on the allegation. There isn't much to back up the woman's story, but that could change.
If there isn't any more than what is in the article, then I don't see how this hurts Biden. But if other women were to come forward with a credible story then that would change things a lot.

Biden is not yet in office. You mean they will vote out the monster that is now on February 2, 2021.

Yes, and I am advocating changes to those laws.

Just pay them a living wage.
For minimum wage or a little above?
You’re lying to yourself.

For a living wage. $15 an hour.

A few decades ago, however now.
If you think younger Americans will work these jobs you’re deluding yourself.
Define living wage?
We just went over 1 million total cases.
Problem is, focus on misogyny as a disqualifier will certainly disqualify trump rather than biden.

Maybe although I doubt it.
The other poster, ex-runner (a conservative) complained that food prices would go up drastically if we paid workers $15 an hour. I’m saying that conservatives can’t have it both ways.
They don’t want illegals but yet they want to minimum wage for back breaking work. They never have a solution.

I already did. $15 per hour should be the federal minimum wage.
Trigged, no one cares about your dementia bellyaching and allegations coming out of the garage right-wing nutcase rags. Nobody besides lunatics like you care about this... it's ANYONE over trump. Get your head in the game.
