That's easy. Joe Biden doesn't have dementia or any other cognitive disorder.

If you actually watch his full interviews you find that he's pretty much the same (sometimes rambling) Joe Biden that he's always been. It's only when you watch heavily edited clips that he comes across as less than perfectly lucid.

All daily deaths:

1 day change:

world: -38%

US: -44%

3 day average:

World: negative 16% per day

US: negative 18%

7 day average:

World: negative 2% per day

US: negative 1% per day

especially the 1 and 3 day numbers are too good to be true. But the 7 day is continuation of a trend so maybe that one is close. 2% improvement per day gets to some big numbers.

I'm also watching to see how Sweden does in per capita deaths.

It was passed by Ireland, so now Sweden is the 11th worst, after having been 10th worst.

Is their system working? It's always been a bet that it would take time to work.

The US was passed by Switz, and is now the 16th worst, after being the 15th worst for a while.

In the US, the Q is whether, now that the NYC peak has passed...if other regions will get worse.

Not yet.

Looking ahead, April 21 was a very bad day...I'm looking forward to seeing how the 7 day numbers look when we drop out that day.

The things Trump's says are are indefensible. He's heartless and spiteful. And his intentions are always self serving. And he's been that way the whole time.

Trump is a person that people hate.

That's a highly motivating factor to get people to vote him out.

A key to understanding trump is what you are implying: his wrongly held self-confidence.

When you watch him suggesting disinfectant and internal UV light should be looked at, you can tell that Trump is 100% convinced at the time that he thinks he is being utterly presidential. That he is being wise and doing his role correctly. Same with that Ukraine call that he STILL calls perfect even though anyone with a brain can tell it wasn't.

He simply has no idea of what his job is. He guesses at what his job is, and gets it wrong almost every time.

But his faith in himself is buttressed by 50 years of breaking laws, norms, commandments and rules and getting away with it. Including getting elected president, going against what all the experts said he should do.

He really thinks he is doing a great job., That's why he hates the press so much - because they don't pass on to us citizens how great a job he is doing. So he whines on twitter about how unthanked he is.

Trump meant disinfectant. As in the stuff you spray on a kitchen worksurface. More specifically, he was referring to isopropyl alcohol and chlorine bleach. These were the disinfectants being talked about in the briefing when Trump added his 2c.

This has been confirmed by Trump himself in a later interview. He stated that he did say to use chemical disinfectant inside the body but that is was a 'sarcastic' comment to a reporter (who wasn't actually in the room at the time).
