What I mean is that the current situation will not get any better by criticizing actions that were/were not taken in January and February. The buck stops with POTUS - and if he's not held accountable then there is zero incentive for something to change. Criticism has to down pour when a leader commits (intentionally or not) fatal errors. More important than anyone else, it is the POTUS who has to devote his resources and attention to dealing with the situation, and arguably he is still not doing yet and is just creating more chaos and confusion.
