Meh. I had already read the article and already seen Fauci's interview with Tapper. My summation is correct.
I often agree with you but your main weakness is your inability to admit a mistake ever. It’s not an endearing trait and it a trait you share with DJT.
“We make a recommendation. Often the recommendation is taken. Sometimes it is not” - Fauci.
That’s a damning reflection on the president who failed to act on that recommendation swiftly therefore costing American lives. That’s important, very important.
“Mueller is coming, the clown is done” - have you stopped pushing that line?
1) I ALWAYS admit when I am wrong about something. Search for the word "unreservedly" and you will see that I have done this MANY times as I often (but not always) say, "I apologize unreservedly" when I am wrong. So, with this point, I prove I am wrong about your assertion.
2) Fauci still isn't outright throwing Trump under the bus there. He even mentions that there are many factors that go into saying that yes or no things would have been better if they had done things earlier before landing on a yes there. He later clarifies for everyone how I saw this from the beginning. He said the pushback (which he said was the wrong choice of words) was among advisers, not Trump. He then said when he and Birx went in to give official recommendations to Trump that he listened both times and took their recommendations both times. I'm willing to throw Trump under the bus almost at any turn because he rightfully deserves it at any turn, EVEN with regard to COVID-19 he deserves it, but NOT in this very specific instance. Sorry, but you just are not right about this. As I have stated before, my wife is friends with Tony, and she and everyone I know who knows him well knows him to be a man of utmost integrity, and he would never just bow to Trump and say something positive about him if it weren't true.
3) While it is not the topic of discussion today, Mueller is still coming, and the clown is still done. I have explained many times how that is still the case, and that has not changed.
