Incorrect! Fraudci backed away from his comments on Sunday morning.
Do you think just maybe the president threatening to fire him and all the Trump lunatics threatening his life had an effect?
Damage is already done, as Kellyanne would say!
Once she stops using her mouth for her other livelihood, that is.

Republicans massively supressed the vote. And the Democrat still won.
It's a very good sign.
I have a question. Is anyone on this entire message board willing to say truthfully that they like Trump AND that they believe he is an ethical and decent person?
Don't respond by asking me if I like Hillary or anything like that unless you answer my question first. Any don't digress that you like what he has done or like his ideas or that he is treated unfairly or that you like how he upsets "liberals".
Does anyone here think he he a decent and ethical person? It's a simple question.
Or the cop out, no politician is ethical or decent.
14,000 Syrian refugee doctors await medical licenses in Germany. Wonder who will win the pandemic game?
I love the Q&A at the press briefings. It allows the press to really grill the President on things that the American public needs to know. Yesterdays Trump Meltdown was a classic. It really shows he's not that smart, doesn't know the constitution, is so thinned skinned and doesn't have a handle on things. It's scary. I watch Gov. Cuomo's briefing to give me a confidence in things.
A treading-water day yesterday in grimstatland.
Monday over Sunday stats were pretty much flat in almost every major place and in the world totals.
The world 7 day average is +2% per day
US 7 day average is +6%
Those will all improve a good amount tomorrow as we age out of a very bad day a week ago.
Unless today is also terrible, and we replace a bad day with a bad day.
But world deaths are still roughly 3/4 of their worst day.
I keep hoping daily deaths will start fallng regularly but they just hang in there.
Spain is the standout I suppose...7 day average is -3% per day drop in daily deaths.
But the point is that the fall down the other side doesnt' seem to be very steep.
I have no idea how the world will start operating again. This thing is stubborn.
IHME raised the total deaths in its US model to 68,000 from 62,000.
Fox News' main headline today:
"President Trump on pace to spend more than biggest liberals of last 100 years"

To be fair, as I always am, Fauci initially answered a question basically about whether it would have been better if the US had acted earlier. He answered, "yes." He didn't blame Trump or the administration there. Hindsight is 20/20, so the answer of course is "yes." Trump, of course was a big baby and retweeted that #firefauci or whatever it was, but Fauci didn't throw Trump under the bus as some have suggested.
To be fair you didn’t read the article I posted.
Contained in that article are direct quotes from Dr Fauci. He did NOT merely answer yes to a question.
Read his quotes and stop being lazy.
Meh. I had already read the article and already seen Fauci's interview with Tapper. My summation is correct.

Someone posted good news on another thread: last month was the first March in decades without a USA mass shooting.

This exemplifies why the United States has one of the poorest responses to Covid-19 in the world. It reflects a lack of presidential leadership from the onset guiding Americans and local governments to take this pandemic seriously. Instead Trump preached that it was nothing to worry about and that it was well under control.
Yes he shut down flights from China but then did nothing as this invader was quickly amassing to attack our nation.
He will vilified by history.
(Glad no one here thinks he is a decent ethical person)
An ethical person obviously would resign.

Clearly another reason why Republicans are eager to end the lock down early.

But first, is he a person?

The eyes have it. Unfortunately.
