Once spotted, they are easy to destroy from the air unless they can hide them in the mountains. Shahed drones are launched from a truck with the launcher on a flat bed. The smaller ones that are driven by a propeller can be launched off of a small metal platform. So, as long as Iran can keep their supplies of drones free from attack, they can at the least launch lots of shahed drones.
The US and Israel may need to send special forces into mountain regions to try to find and destroy stores of drones, missiles and missile launchers if they are unable to significantly degrade Iran's ability to launch drone and missile attacks from the sky and stock piles of missile defense systems run low.
