It is MPH. If you click on Mimi's name, a textbox pops up, saying it is 6MPH.

I was wrong with Sandy. She did not stop at the campground. She is still moving along.
According to the tracker, the RV, car and Mimi are all stopped together. This was after Mimi ran at 6MPH pace for a while. However, Mimi was stationary for 15 minutes about an hour ago. Might want to keep an eye on it and get screenshots.

Over the last several minutes, the Tracker has said Mimi has gone from 1MPH to 3MPH to 4 MPH to 6 MPH to 3MPH, back to 4MPH.
Look Markus will probably confirm this, that the only way one has a chance in this long of distance is to maintain steady pace for hours on end, and definitely not be frequently spurting up to 6MPH. It almost suggests they are using somebody on a bicycle that is trying to gage speed.
That, or the RaceDrone is next to worthless for speed, as evidently, the Company man has already admitted.

Mimi is on the move again. Her run coming up is essentially flat.
Sandy is stopped for lunch by a mountain lake named Electric Lake. She has a high point of 9413 feet to summit coming up in about 4 miles from where she is.

Is this RWeremiuk guy serious? RaceDrone themselves are now admitting their tracker is worthless for speed evaluation? That goes against what they are claiming on their website. What is the point to use it in a race? Answers, anybody?
Sounds like that roller blade sponsorship came through after all.

I wouldn't read too much into a single digit GPS speed number. Too many uncertainties.
I know Richard said the speeds aren't precise, but on Strava we're seeing 13-15 minute miles in the uploads. Meanwhile he tracker often shows 10 minute miles. Could such a big discrepancy really be attributed to the tracker? Either RaceDrone is complete garbage or something suspicious is going on here.

Maybe you have never run multi-day. Go out and try and run even 12 min miles for a marathon today and tomorrow. Even if it is a roundup error, consistent 5+MPH pace is too fast for 53 miles a day. Maybe she is superwoman. But I'm not buying it yet. This is way too fishy.

Unfortunately, the RaceDrone company man has publicly (see earlier in thread) admitted that their tracker is worthless for speed evaluation. That, in itself, tells you how credibility for the effort has been thrown out the window.
Maybe they wanted it that way. They have been planning this for months (remember the Rob Young fraud), and there is a lot riding on the World Record attempt.

As a reminder, one of the very basic things the Rob Young group was doing was 'fixing' their uploaded data. That is one of the primary reasons why outsiders in the ultra community were insisting on live tracking (which is much more difficult to spoof). Mimi's group has known this, evidenced by past interview testimony.
It appears maybe the Mimi group has tried to skirt this potential 'wrench in the plan', by linking up with a chintzy tracker company that produces nebulous realtime data.
