Even if Ritz runs 27.20 at Hengelo this year does that mena he is a better distance runner than Webb. Webb most likely will not run another 10k on the track till the same race next year, if he even races there, so I would hope that Ritz improves his PR in relation to Webb.
As for 5k I think given that Webb is probably about 10 seconds better than Ritz over the mile and they are a toss up at 10k, the Webb is going to be better over the 5k.
Most people, except seemingly you,, recognise Webb as a legit sub 13 threat this year. Ritz may run low 13's this year, but that will be it.
