Liberals hate Apple because it is a good company.

Is this a liberal/conservative issue?
I don't know why Apple is specifically being singled out for what looks like a general problem. Seems to me, rolling back tax laws to the pre-Reagan era, when the national debt was manageable, would be a huge step forward for all Americans -- but I'm no economic expert.
I hate Apple now for the way they are abusing the courts and software patents and design patents.

Not quite, but he is much more comfortable hanging out with and trying to please them than he would be with a Rand Paul.
John despises Rand but loves Chuck Super Liberal Chuck Schumer.

They recorded international sales there to the tune of $44 billion in profits that normally would be subject to US corporate tax.
The ultimate beneficiary being American business men who utilized American infrastructure and all of the benefits that America has given them to be in a position to run a successful business leading to these great profits.
How would iPhones work without the satellites that the US taxpayers sent up there?
mind = blown.
that is freakin crazy. steve jobs when to an american university. apple started with computer components designed by american companies.
it's like apple just runs to the cheapest whore on the block. it doesn't matter if the woman is brazilian or nigerian.
Did you ever notice you can't buy stock in Samsung? How about Lenovo? Asus? Acer? (none of these trade in US markets). It's increasingly unprofitable for any tech company to have a hardware design, engineering or manufacturing presence in the US. In ten years there won't be a single computer maker left(now there's Dell (failing), HP (failing), Oracle/Sun(fading), Google/Motorola(tiny), Microsoft(joke), IBM (yawn) and Apple). Intel has been unable to compete in the mobile space which is the future. TI is out of the GP processor business.
Apple will eventually move design and engineering offshore to join manufacturing. All that will be left will be their marketing headquarters - try to tax that!
