Yeah, this ain't a MOVIE!
Yeah, this ain't a MOVIE!
I'm in agreement with most of the OP's copy and paste and am glad he is raising awareness that blind obedience to corporate America can have devastating consequences.
About 10 years ago we've made a pretty easy transition away from most (but not all) of the stuff on that list. You know, grass fed beef, raw milk, honey, cheeses and pretty much organic everything else (except for beer - microbrewed although I'm looking into mead.) These changes have enhanced my life rather than degraded it.
In my sample of one; I eat more fat, everything tastes better, dropped 25 lbs, starting running again, and haven’t taken an aspirin, antibiotic or other such nastiness and feel better than I did when I was 20 years younger. My question to the doubters is; why cling to processed foods and known carcinogens?
Why do you find yourself defending some of the crap that is served up to us in the name of consumerism?
Oh, and your body is really not that good of getting rid of toxins.
Ok, good, maybe you can answer the question I asked back on page two of this thread, then. What is this crazy thing that microwaves are doing to our food? What does it mean for food to be energetically toxic and how does my microwave oven put food in this state?
The dangers of Microwaves, here are some good articles below

Amen brother. Unfortunatley for most, including the majority who have responed to this post, you might as well be talking to a wall. When it comes to people and food, logic doesn't apply. Addictions apply to food as well as drugs and alcohol, and I'm not just referring to overeating. Once you start talking about restricitng or removing lifelong food attachments, it's literally like removing a limb, and for some some, they would more easily reach a decison to give up a limb than the food. As the age old saying goes "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink."
