It is very easy for posters to say that a sub 16:00 will be next to impossible when they only know my PRs and my high school training. Not things like my 1500 PR was set with a 2:15-2:09 split, and that I closed my 3k PR in 27 for the last 200. Things like some of the workouts I have accomplished (did one last year that was 2 sets of 10x400 with 45 seconds rep rest and 5 minute set rests in 71). Things like being the 11th rookie in the country my freshman year at Nationals and the 4th rookie in my conference. Things like when I started running I came out and ran 4:45 for 1500 in my second race ever with a week of running.
It is easy to assume things with no prior knowledge of a person. Just like the median 5k thread, it's not a legitimate way of judging, as how many people lied about their PR? No control group, no proof, makes that bell curve false.
