Beforehand everyone was backing Mottram and Webb to medal at the champs, but it didn't happen. Isn't this what makes our sport so great and so unpredictable?

so thats 5 in the last 3 years in my opinion.
mottram is a great runner no doubt about it. i think he just might have been too hot too early in the season. he just didn't have it this week.
