    I for one am still using it and loving it. i wish i didn't have to enter my heartrate, as i do not run with a monitor, so i look forward to the new version where i can change this. keep up the good work and thanks!

    ok, i have the NEW VERSION ready for everyone to download. i'm going to start a new thread for it because this one is getting too long and i think people have stopped reading it. it'll be called "new version of completely FREE training log : RunningLog/TriathLog" or something similar. you can check that to read the new features or just go to

    and read about them / download the program there.
