Typing: fat americans or: fat british (no quotation marks) into google will turn up all web pages with both of those words anywhere on the page. In other words, you are getting hits that might you the word "American" in one paragraph and "fat" in a completely different one. Therefore, your 27.6 million and 32 million hits are meaningless.
If you actually search for the phrases "fat Americans" and "fat British," using quotation marks, you get 61,200 and 754 results, respectively.
That should be "neither of you."
