Child abuse without injury sounds like a BS charge to pad the career of some prosecutor.
If the kids are having nightmares and are afraid to sleep in the dark, that doesn't necessarily mean that the daycare is the problem.
Anyways, there is not enough info given in the video to conclude that anything "sick" was going on at that place.
